Cloth Fiber Workshop is a textile arts learning center that offers a variety of workshops for students of all experience levels. Cloth is located in Asheville, North Carolina's River Arts District in Riverview Station, 191 Lyman Street, Studio 115.

Cloth Fiber Workshop was founded in 2007 by textile artist Barbara Zaretsky. For more than 25 years Zaretsky has operated BZDesign, a textile design and manufacturing company she started in Chicago and continued when she moved to Asheville in 2001. Zaretsky studied textile design at Northern Illinois University and the Art Institute of Chicago, and Art History at the University of Illinois, continuing her education at Penland School of Crafts. A member of the Southern Highland Craft Guild, Zaretsky was named one of the top five designers in Asheville by Southern Living magazine. Her work has appeared in Victoria magazine, Metropolis, Southern Living, Our State and other regional and national publications and blogs.

In 2019 Cloth Fiber Workshop transitioned to Asheville native and weaver Clara Schulte. Clara is so excited to move Cloth forward with more workshop offerings in 2020 and continue the legacy established by Barbara Zaretsky.
